We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Key Account Manager living in the Southeast territory to be served (roughly Tennessee to North Carolina to Alabama), calling on customers in the Appliance Industry. Will travel extensively throughout Southeast region. Relocation is not offered for this role.




  • Responsible and accountable for market sales growth and expansion selling Robertshaw products including laundry, dishwasher, cooking and refrigeration appliance components and controls.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including product managers, engineers, quality, customer service and management to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with management team to execute strategic business plans with customer base
  • Develop and execute market specific sales plans and key customer account plans
  • Build an in-depth understanding of the market, key customers, and competitors
  • Work with a multi-functional North America team
  • Identify risks, opportunities and recommend business sales solutions for profitable growth
  • Manage expense budgets and required travel



  • 3 or more years of Account Management experience in the Appliance Industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, engineering preferred
  • Appliance industry experience preferred
  • Able to travel overnight up to 50%
  • Able to prepare weekly sales reports
  • Strategic thinker with excellent decision-making skills
  • Demonstrate strong judgement and willingness to take appropriate risks to obtain best results

  • Aggressive sales approach able to identify customer needs and offer company focused solutions
  • Passionate and highly motivated to take action and achieve sales results
  • Must demonstrate success growing sales in a defined territory
