Robertshaw designs, engineers and manufactures products, components, systems and services used in appliances, heating, air conditioning/cooling and refrigeration products across a wide range of industries in residential and commercial markets. Robertshaw has more than 6000 employees worldwide and operates in more than 21 locations around the globe. Robertshaw is looking  the best Sales Executive candidate for Latam Sales, who will be responsible for supervising our sales functions, will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation and will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople. Reporting to Aftermarket Latam Sales Director.


  • Responsible for selling the organization's products or services to and maintaining relationships with existing named accounts in connection with direct sales to end users.
  • Responsible for selling the company’s products or services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts.
  • Maintaining customers data base, expanding new customers to improve sales coverage in the territory assigned
  • Introducing product portafolio expansion in the Aftermarket-HVAC, Refrigeration, appliance and cooking applications.


  • Traveling: 50-60% of the time
  • Mexico Central customers and Miami exporters customers and Panama.
  • For traveling purpose, better near Mexico area
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Fully bilingual
  • Mexican resident
